This has been our number one problem since the day we decided to go beyond self employment to operating a business which meant hiring team members to clean in our stead. It was embarrassing and frustrating for us to go from excellent to a typical cleaning service. The hard work, reputation, and standard of excellence seemed to evaporate overnight along with our pride. We lost peace of mind, sleep, money due to re-cleans and more importantly we lost a few clients. Our clients' confidence, trust and delight in coming home to an amazing job were strained and in some cases we were unsuccessful in repairing that breach.

Every Little Thing Maid Service has been providing excellent office and estate and luxury home cleaning service in London and surrounding areas for 10 years, though many more years of cleaning experience can be added to our credit. Owned and managed by a husband and wife team, our target is offices and estate and luxury homes, larger homes, but let it be mentioned here that we clean homes of all sizes. We are passionate about cleaning and serving our clients and team members. We want passion for our business. We seek to hire team members who can understand reflect our mission.

We have established ourselves as a quality driven cleaning service in London and area. Our name truly represents our cleaning style. Similar to our cleaning, our training style is unique to what we do.

REMEMBER: Where other cleaners stop, we're just starting. We teach our maids, "If you see it, you clean it." We seek team members who take pride in a job done with excellence. Our Maids go through intensive three month training. We call this "shadow cleaning." In other words, use what we use, clean what we clean, do what we do."

On our first visit

Before we can even begin to perform routine maintenance cleaning on your office or home, there are usually a variety of “first-time” tasks which require extra attention on our first visit. Our first cleaning visit is more like a spring cleaning, or what we call a heavy, deep-cleaning. In fact, it's not uncommon for our teams to spend from four to eight times longer on a first-time cleaning than it takes us on regular, repeat maintenance visits.
